Reservation Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the tour start date. If the cancellation request is made after this period, no refund or discount will be provided.

Modifications

If you wish to change your reservation date or time, we will assist you whenever possible. Please submit modification requests as early as possible.

Emergencies & Exceptions
Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure. In such cases, alternative options will be provided.
